The casting business part consists of the camshaft casting workshop and the pulley casting workshop: the pulley has a Japanese Shinto FBO-III horizontal molding production line. Its main machine adopts Japan's original molding cycle without sand core of 28 seconds/mold, and the core setting time is 45 seconds/mold. The annual production capacity is 4 million pieces; the camshaft casting workshop uses shell mold precision casting, with an annual output of 1.2 million pieces. Cold shock products account for 70%, ductile iron accounts for 20%, and quenchable cast iron accounts for 10%.
